Vocational Evaluation
In order to determine each individual’s needs, interests and potential, we conduct a vocational evaluation. This helps us learn about the individual so the best possible route to success can be conceptualized.

At HCOC Program Specialists work with each participant providing one-to-one attention and support.
Skill Development Center
Coming to HC Opportunity Center, individuals often have little or no work experience. We have the opportunity to change that in our Skill Development Center, where participants work on production projects and learn vital lessons about the workplace and themselves.

This HCOC program centered activities worker engagement program helps individuals, regardless of abilities, to increase the potential for competitive employment, build natural supports, increase independence, experience meaningful community participation and develop social relationships. Planned activities empower individuals to live more productive and fulfilling lives.

After Work Enrichment
The After Work Enrichment Program gives participants at the HC Opportunity Center the chance to socialize and learn new things in small groups or as a workforce.
